Refund Policy
CMT Puri follows a fair and transparent refund policy in accordance with the guidelines issued by Utkal University and the Department of Higher Education, Government of Odisha.
Admission fees, once paid and processed, are generally non-refundable except in cases where a student withdraws before the commencement of the academic session, subject to applicable deductions as per university norms.
Requests for fee refund must be submitted in writing to the college administration along with the original fee receipt and a valid reason for withdrawal. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 working days through the original mode of payment or by demand draft, as applicable.
Fees paid under scholarship categories (SC/ST/OBC) are subject to the refund rules of the respective government scholarship schemes.
